Kendall Named to All-America Hockey Team

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. – April 10 - Christopher Kendall (Cheektowaga, N.Y.), a sophomore forward on the Erie Community College hockey team, was named a first-team All-America selection by NJCAA today.
Kendall finished sixth in the nation with 47 points (16 goals/31 assists) and his 31 assists were the second-most in the NJCAA. He was also an All-NJCAA Tournament selection and an All-Region III first-team choice.

ECC went 19-5 this past season.
The Kats now have placed at least one skater on four consecutive NJCAA All-America teams. In 2011, Todd Lyness and Nicholas Friol were chosen as first-team All-America selections while Dan Wendt, Bryan Kalczynski and Michael Krywcum were honored in 2010. Wendt was also chosen in 2009.
