Dan Garvey, director of food and beverage for the Roycroft Inn in East Aurora, NY and adjunct professor of hospitality management at Erie Community College, has been elected treasurer of the New York State Restaurant Association Board of Directors for 2010.
Prior to his position at the Roycroft Inn, Garvey was the founding partner and general manager for Garvey’s Restaurant in Buffalo.
Garvey previously served on the President’s Advisory Council of Erie Community College, as chairman of the East Aurora Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Mercy Hospital Foundation Board.
