The fall sports season has started at Erie Community College this week as the men's and women's soccer teams,the football program began practicing and the volleyball program will soon.
The Kats' football program, the reigning Region III champion, opened practice Saturday with one session and has two slated for Sunday.
The men's soccer team, which finished in the Region III Final Four in 2010, began preparations for the upcoming season last Monday, the official starting date for fall sports by the NJCAA. The women's soccer program started practicing this past Wednesday while the volleyball program will open practice Monday.
