Northeast Football Conference Honors ECC's Joseph

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (Oct. 18) - The Northeast Football Conference today named Erie Community College running back Zedric Joseph as the conference's co-offensive player of the week. Joseph shares the honor with Lackawanna receiver Terrill Barnes. Joseph was also honored as Oct. 12's NFC offensive player of the week.

Joseph, a sophomore from West Palm Beach, Fla., ran for a career-high 168 yards and one touchdown in the Kats' 17-14 loss to Dean College Oct. 16. Joseph had a 26-yard touchdown run on the Kats' second play from scrimmage and caught a 13-yard pass in the contest.

Joseph has run for 293 yards in the past two games.

ECC closes its 2010 home schedule with a non-conference game against North Carolina Tech at noon Saturday at Jim Ball Stadium.
