Five faculty members honored with NISOD Award

Five Erie Community College faculty members have been named as recipients of the 2010-2011 National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development Excellence Award.


ECC’s NISOD winners include:


  • Pablo Pichardo of Buffalo, mathematics professor, City Campus.
  • Adrian Ranic of Lackawanna, mathematics instructor, North Campus
  • Michael Rogers of Brockport, English professor, City Campus
  • Dr. Alfred Stelmach of Hamburg, physics professor, South Campus
  • David Zaccaria of Orchard Park, business administration professor, South Campus

The NISOD Excellence Award is given to outstanding professional leaders and teachers in higher education.

Recipients will be honored at the NISOD International Conference on Teaching and Leadership Excellence held in May 2011 in Austin, Texas.
