Dispenza Lifts Kats to OT win

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. - Sept. 2 - Sophomore midfielder Jessica Dispenza (East Aurora, N.Y.) scored in the 106th minute to lift the Erie Community College women's soccer team to a 4-3 double overtime win over Corning Community College Saturday afternoon at the ECC South Campus.

Chelsea Olson, who assisted on the game-winning goal, added two goals, including the game-tying tally in the game's 86th minute.

Freshman Allyson Wrazen (East Aurora, N.Y./Iroquois) scored the Kats' first goal as ECC built a 2-1 halftime lead. Wrazen has scored a goal in each ECC game.
Corning CC answered with the second half's first two goals before Olson (West Seneca, N.Y./West Seneca East) scored after a scramble in front of the Corning CC goal. Shea Garby (Lancaster, N.Y./Lancaster) added an assist.

ECC, now 1-2, plays at Genesee Community College at 5 p.m. Thursday.
