SUBJECT: Casino Gaming Machine Repair Technology Certificate - Starting Fall 2008


Thank you for your interest in our Casino Gaming Machine Repair program.  This letter is to inform interested individuals about basic pertinent program information.  Currently, the college policy is to apply online at www.ecc.edu through Admissions.  If you have any Admissions questions, please contact our Call Center at 851-1ECC.

The following fees will be owed by students who attend for two semesters on a full-time basis (fees are subject to change:

Tuition $1,493.50 per semester x 2 = $2,987
Lab Fees $70 x 6 courses = $   420
Activity Fee $70 per semester x 2 = $   140
Technology Fee $90 per semester x 2 = $   180
Books $150 = $   150
Tools $70 for tool kit, meter, calculator = $     70
Approximate Program Cost for Two Semesters = $3,947

Financial Aid is available if you qualify; and you may apply by filling out the FAFSA form (on-line at www.fafsa.ed.gov).  If you have any financial aid questions, please check the federal government’s website at www.studentaid.ed.gov or contact our Financial Aid office at 851-1677.


After applying to the college, if you have not already taken the required math course MT 112 (Survey of Math) or an equivalent or higher math level, please take the ECC math placement test or receive math placement test waiver – math questions about requirements or getting ready to meet them should be addressed to Mr. John Reid, Technical Assistant Mathematics Lab, at 270-2894.
