- Sorrento Lactalis, Inc., a world-wide known cheese manufacturer in South Buffalo, is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to work evenings for our fast-paced facility. This position will include some weekends and holidays. Will ensure that department is running in a safe, productive manner with focus on production specifications, product quality and people. Identifies, investigates, and works to solve any problems that arise. Works closely with department employees and reports any issues to Department Manager. Associate’s degree in Business Administration or Dairy Science preferred with food/dairy manufacturing supervisory experience of at least three years. Competitive wage and excellent benefit package.
