RESPIRATORY CARE

Special Admission Requirements/Prerequisites

Applicant must be a high school graduate or equivalent. High School algebra, biology, chemistry, and physics are recommended but not required. These courses must have been completed within the last five years with an acceptable passing grade within the guidelines of the program. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the applicant being placed in an extended program.

Exceptions to the above criteria may be made for returning adult students and for those currently working in the field. Conditional acceptances may be made for students who have done well in high school, but lack the required courses.
