CAST

The goal of the CAST program is to encourage, empower and assist only Erie County TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families) clients in finding employment leading to economic self-sufficiency. Our goal at CAST is to enhance the TANF client’s ability to learn and work effectively in a changing work environment and to teach them to take personal responsibility for their learning and employment success. CAST presently offers intake and assessment, worksite placement, GED opportunities, computer skills, and instruction in proper job searching.
