Official High School Transcript Request
Nursing Applicants 

Please complete the application to the best of your ability. All BOLDED questions or data fields are REQUIRED.

In order to be fully accepted to the college, an official high school transcript or GED is required unless you are registering as a Non-Matriculated student (not pursuing a degree or certificate). In that instance, a transcript is NOT required.

If you have not requested an official high school transcript from your high school Guidance Department, please do so as soon as possible. Students who possess a GED, MUST bring in their official GED Certificate and Scores to the Admissions Office of the campus for which you are applying.
 
ECC has several HIGHLY COMPETITIVE programs such as Dental Hygiene, Nursing, Radiologic Technology and Respiratory Care. In order to be considered for admission into these programs, please contact the Admissions Office for application deadline information.
