Erie Community College, State University of New York

The Erie Community College women’s bowling and women’s swimming teams were both honored by the NJCAA for academic excellence as a team.

The women’s bowling team accumulated a team GPA of 3.16 and was one of only two schools recognized for this honor. Sophomore Jessica Mamon was an Academic All-American with a GPA of 3.68.

The women’s swimming and diving team was one of only four recognized by the NJCAA. Three of the four schools were from Region III. The Lady Kats team amassed a team GPA of 3.49, led by sophomore Amanda Gonter’s 3.95. She was a distinguished Academic All-American.
