I work as a senior clerk typist in the Human Resources Department at ECC. I am married with two grown daughters and I enjoy painting and drawing.

I wanted to obtain a liberal arts associate degree and the location was perfect. I work full time and needed a school that offered a variety of evening classes. ECC really goes out of its way to aid the part-time evening student.

I like the small classes and the variety of classes available. I like the learning atmosphere and faculty that care about the students. The support staff is very caring and devoted to making a student’s experience at ECC a good one.

From the first day I went to admissions, the counselors and the staff was wonderful. They encourage me to take courses and were able to get me into a degree program. My long-term life goal is to obtain a bachelor’s degree in fine arts and I was very happy when I learned all my credits could be transferred to a SUNY school.
