Le Anne Gerth - Coach

Le Anne Gerth enters her ninth year as Coach of the cheerleading team. She began cheerleading at the age of 10 for the town of West Seneca and continued at West Seneca East, where she earned ECIC awards.

At the professional level, Gerth was a member of the Buffalo Bombshells dance team for five years and a captain for four. During her time with the Destroyers, she earned Captain of the Year honors, MVP awards twice and was selected as a member of the Arena All Star dance team performing in the 2003 Arena Bowl.

Adding to her dance experience, she was also a captain on the 2005 Buffalo Bandettes dance team as well as an instructor for the Jr. Bandettes team.

Gerth is an alumni of ECC and also graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Elementary Education from Buffalo State College. She will graduate in December with a Master’s degree in Science in Education/Differentiated Instruction and Gifted Instruction.
