Natosha Cummings-Price - Head Coach
Turning a ship around is a daunting task and one that Natosha Cummings-Price has taken on with gusto.
Inheriting a program that hadn't had a winning season since the beginning of the decade or 10 wins since 2000-01, Cummings-Price guided the Kats to a 15-11 record in 2008-09 and has had 10-or-more wins in the last two seasons. Additionally, she has led the 2009-10 squad to the semifinal round of the Region III championships.
Cummings-Price played at the University at Buffalo from 1993 to 1995 and was the first African-American female to graduate from UB's NCAA Division I Program. She finished her career eighth in career three-pointers (71). Prior to UB, she played at Central Arizona Junior College where she was part of two teams that reached the NJCAA Final 8 and finished eighth in the country.
The Muskogee, Okla., native has both her bachelor's and master's degrees from UB and an associate's degree from Central Arizona Junior College.
