Tiffany Pompeo - Head Coach
9th Season- 36-69-2

Coach Pompeo will be entering her ninth season as the women’s head coach.  The team improved in each of her first four seasons.

Pompeo took over a team that was winless the season before and in her first year led them to four wins.  In 2003, an 8-8 record was followed by a 8-6 record and a post-season appearance in 2004.

This past season, the Lady Kats finished 6-8 overall and 5-6 in the Western New York Conference. The team was sitting with a 3-6 record on October 4 and in need of a spark.  The team responded with a 12-1 victory over Mercyhurst Northeast.

The next games were heartbreakers as the team dropped two-straight overtime games to Division I Bryant & Stratton and Jamestown-Olean. Needing two victories to end the season, they achieved just that, they won 2-1 over Jamestown and 8-1 over Niagara.  Niagara had defeated the Lady Kats 3-2 earlier in the season.

The team fell just one game short of their goal of the regional playoffs but with the returning players, the future looks very bright for the women's soccer program.   

Tiffany attended Lock Haven University where she was an All-Conference athlete.  She was also an Academic All-American and graduated with a B. S. in Health Science.
