CITS Help Desk
To help resolve technical problems, the College Information
Technology Services department maintains a technology Help Desk.
Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to contact the CITS Help
Desk for general computing questions, computer labs, office technical
problems and/or network emergencies. The Help Desk is available on the
web at https://helpdesk.ecc.edu
or call (716) 851-1835 during normal business hours. The Help Desk Web
site offers documentation, CITS alerts, a knowledge base and the
ability to open up a work-order for technical problems.
