Registration Statement/Invoice

Bills are handed to you at the time of registration. Your Registration Statement/Invoice lists your registered courses as well as your charges to the college.

The payment due date will be printed on the Registration/Invoice on the left hand bottom side.

The Registration Statement/Invoice will include charges calculated according to credit hour. The bill also lists the credits (deferments) for any authorized (actual) financial aid and any previous payments made for the semester.

Making Payments

When mailing your payment, address it to the P.O. Box in Buffalo, NY that is listed on your bill. Erie Community College employs the use of a P.O. Box Lock Box. Our financial institution opens all of our billing forms and makes the deposit electronically into our checking account. All billing forms and correspondence are forwarded to our office. You may also charge your college bill on my credit card. The College will accept payment on Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

Tuition may be charged by credit card over the phone. The College accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please have the cardholder’s name, card number, card expiration date and student’s social security number ready when making the call.

Payments may also now be made online if paying by credit card at: https://webadvisor.ecc.edu.  Select Students and follow instructions for ID and make a payment. It’s that easy!
