Evening Services

The purpose of this department is to establish and maintain communication with and provide services to Evening and Weekend Students. Evening and Weekend Students are those students whose classes begin at 5 pm or later, weekdays or occur on weekends.

Evening and Weekend Students may direct any questions or problems normally handled by daytime staff to the Department of Evening Services, for solution or referral. There are several offices that maintain evening hours during the semester or that may be contacted during normal semester business hours throughout the year. The Help Sheet was developed to assist Evening Students identify and communicate with the appropriate department to solve their problems. Individual academic departments can be reached by calling the switchboard at City 851-1001, North 851-1002, and South 851-1003.

The Department of Evening Service's normal semester business hours vary from campus to campus, please refer to the schedule below. The current Evening Service coordinators are as follows: Joseph Brunet, North Campus, and John Reville, City Campus. Both, Mr. Brunet and Mr. Reville are presently representing South Campus. In case of an emergency you may call the switchboard, or if the seriousness of the situation dictates, call Security.
