SUNY Erie Community College (SUNY Erie) is part of the State University of New
York (SUNY) system. SUNY Erie is required to comply with all New York
State Laws related to the purchasing, procurement, and servicing of any
materials, supplies, equipment, services, and construction. All procurements
pursuant to competitive bidding are made in accordance with NYS GML 103.
Goods and services that are not required by law to be procured pursuant to
competitive bidding are procured in compliance with the SUNY Erie Community College

competition is sought in a reasonable, cost-effective manner for all
