    SUNY Erie’s Marketing and Communications Department tells our story – and the value of our brand. The department is responsible for enhancing the SUNY Erie brand and strategically promoting the college in an effective, consistent way. Our team of professionals work together to offer a creative range of services for the SUNY Erie community. The Communications Toolbox is designed as a single reference location for all of our useful tools – used toward all aspects of the college brand including marketing communications, concept development, graphic design, print production, digital communications, media relations services, and policies and style guidelines.

    Marketing Job Requests and Workflow through InMotion

    The Marketing and Communications Department has moved to a new job submission system to create better efficiencies and provide a greater level of transparency in our work.

    The new system, InMotion, is cloud based and provides an account for every member of our staff utilizing a single sign on option. That means that the username and password you use for email, the Helpdesk, etc. is the same username and password utilized by InMotion.

    The link to the job submission form is similar to our previous form. The biggest change you will see is the communication and proofing process for your submitted jobs. You will receive email notifications with every change in status for your jobs … from acceptance of the job through the final proof. You can also attach documents directly in this system rather than having to email the Department separately. You’ll even be able to mark up your proof and request changes directly in the InMotion system.

    To submit a job:
    1. Click on the link to submit a new job: Job Request Submission Form
    2. Look for the link that says SSO option and click on that (lower left-hand side of the screen). Do not try to login with your email and password, as you will receive an error message.
    3. Fill out your job details and hit submit.
