Program Description
While many of the courses satisfy the requirements for essential business knowledge and running a business, the purpose of the program is to provide a reinforcement of culinary skills that will aid the participant in the pursuit of owning a small culinary based event business. The Catering and Special Event Certificate is designed to assist the student who wishes to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to meet the entrepreneurial goal of becoming a caterer or special event planner.
