The SUNY Erie Career Centers are certified American Job Centers. American Job Centers are designed to provide a full range of assistance to jobseekers under one roof.

Authorized by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA), we offer career coaching, resume writing, workshops, job listings, grant funding for eligible individuals, and similar employment-related services. Constituents and students can visit our centers in person or access our virtual services.

The SUNY Erie (One Stop) Career Center is funded by the Buffalo and Erie County Workforce Development Consortium, Inc. on behalf of the Workforce Development Board of Buffalo and Erie County, Inc. Language translation assistance is available for Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act and Trade Act services via telephone through LanguageLine Solutions, Inc.

COVID-19 In-Person Services Update: The SUNY Erie Career Center is pleased to welcome constituents back to our North Campus Career Center in Gleasner Hall (former Administration Building) in Suite G166 on Youngs Road in Williamsville. In-person hours at the North Campus Career Center are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Due to SUNY COVID-19 testing guidelines, visitors are permitted on campus for up to one hour. 

Virtual Services: For your convenience, most of our career development services are available through virtual video chats and/or phone appointments. Virtual services are available Mondays to Thursdays 8 AM to 6 PM; Fridays 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Please call us at (716) 270-4444, email us at onestop@ecc.edu or register online for our free workshops. Our experienced Career Coaches can help guide you through your job search, resume preparation, interviews, job training needs, promotion, and career transition.
