Dr. Dana Horne is a seasoned student affairs leader with over 25 years of experience dedicated to advancing student success, equity, and wellbeing. She was recently hired and now serves as the Associate Vice President for Student Affairs at SUNY Erie, where she provides strategic leadership for student services across multiple campuses. Her work is rooted in a trauma-informed, student-centered approach that prioritizes compassion, accountability, and inclusion.
