Student Support Centers and Counseling Services

  • Student Support Centers and Counseling Services

Support centers and counseling services help to create a holistic approach to education by addressing the life-skill needs of all students. Our services are designed to assist students in making informed decisions affecting their future by addressing such issues as; goal setting, major and career options, class scheduling, time management, four-year transfer, and preparing for graduation. We also explain certain college policies such as withdrawing from classes, academic dismissal, appeals, and curriculum changes.

  • Academic Counseling

Academic counseling is available to students who need assistance exploring curriculums, discussing academic standards, mapping a road to graduation, and transfer. All students are encouraged to obtain a degree audit which outlines required courses for their curriculum.
