Transcripts are available through the Registrar’s office on all three campuses of Erie Community College.
All copies of transcripts, official as well as student, need to be requested in writing. Students that wish to have a transcript sent to a potential employer, college or other venue that need an official transcript need to follow the instructions below. Student copies can be obtained in the office with proper identification or can be requested through the process outlined below with no fee.
Students in the greater Buffalo area can also go to any of the three campuses and fill in a transcript request form. Student copies can be obtained at the time of the request in the office except during extremely busy times. (Registration, add/drop, final grade submissions etc.)
Official copies are processed within 24 to 48 hours of the request.
If mailing a request, please include your ID or Social Security number as well as the complete name under which you attended, as well as your approximate years of attendance. Official copies are processed at a cost of $5 per transcript, and the check should be included with the request. The check should be made out to Erie Community College. Student copies are free.
Please note: All requests for transcripts, both official and unofficial, must be signed by the student. Fax requests are accepted with proper ID attached. (Driver's License with picture) Fax copies are an additional $5. The fax numbers and addresses for the three campuses are listed in the left column. Official requests that are faxed need to contact Student Account Services for payment. Student Account Services can be reached at (716) 851-1888.
* Currently enrolled students can make a payment via the web by using WebAdvisor and clicking on the Make a Payment toggle.
IMPORTANT: If the student wishes to have the transcript held for final grades, check the appropriate line and indicate the semester. These transcripts are usually mailed two weeks after the end of the semester. If grades are to be held for a change of grade, check the appropriate line and indicate the class in which the grade is going to be changed. Also indicate the current grade. If the student wishes the transcript to be held until the graduation is posted, check the appropriate line. Graduations are usually not posted to a transcript until four weeks after the end of the semester. If the student wishes the transcript to be sent immediately, check the appropriate line. Please note mid-term grades do not appear on any transcript issued by the college.
Please select your home or primary campus. If you did not have a primary campus, you can select any campus to complete your request.
A paper Transcript Request Form is available for use. Complete the entire form and mail or deliver it to the campus you attended. Mailing addresses can be found on the form.
