Equity and Diversity

Erie Community College is committed to equal opportunity in educational programs, admissions, and employment. The Office of Equity and Diversity is responsible for monitoring equal employment of all qualified persons, as well as investigating all complaints of discrimination made by employees, students, and community residents against the college's administration.
