Individual Cooking Classes: $65/class
“Feel the Power” Knife Skills
Learn valuable knife techniques, including skillful and safe slicing, dicing and more! Put your new skills to the test while preparing Chicken Stir Fry Montego Bay with steamed white rice.

“A Taste of the Caribbean”
Learn the delights of the Islands from Chef Van Wagner’s experience living in the Caribbean. Selections include Chef Krista’s favorite Jerk chicken with conch fritters, Jerkalicious mayonnaise, Hellacious mango chutney and Jamaican rice and beans. Finish up with crepes for dessert.

The last in this series of adult classes, features an Italian feast! Join Chef Krista and learn to prepare Manicotti, Focaccia, Cioppino and Tiramisu. Do not miss this feast, Italian style!
