SUNY's Got Your Back

Location: South Campus, building 5, cafeteria

About This Event

Sexual violence is an issue that affects far too many college students across the nation. Here at SUNY Erie, we have started a conversation about sexual violence. As SUNY Erie students, the institution encourages you to engage in these conversations and to create a community of mutual respect and safety for all.  On Thursday, March 28, 2019 SUNY Erie will be hosting SUNY's Got Your Back from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the South Campus cafeteria, building 5.  This event seeks to raise awareness surrounding sexual violence. Representatives from SUNY will be bringing toiletry items along with backpacks to assemble. SUNY Erie's goal is to stuff approximately 1,000 bags. The bags will then be donated to local community agencies that provide services to survivors of domestic and sexual violence.
