You can access Starfish directly at starfish.ecc.edu. Log in to your Starfish account to view feedback from instructors, raise a concern, or seek tutoring and/or counseling regarding a variety of issues.
If you need help in a course, paying for college, using campus technology, or with a general concern, "Raise Your Hand" for assistance by logging into Starfish and choosing the "Raise your Hand" button on the left side of your dashboard. From the scroll down menu under “Type” choose your flag and add details. The Student Success Team will review your comments and refer you to appropriate support services.
Provide an alternate email address, update your phone numbers, and choose to receive text messages when flags are raised, by following these easy steps. You are responsible for the security of your emails and texts, so make sure only individuals you are comfortable sharing academic information with have access to these communication methods.
